At Monly King, we prioritize buyer protection and secure transactions. All purchases made through our marketplace are protected by our Escrow Security System.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • The seller fails to deliver the purchased account, key, or service within the guaranteed timeframe.
  • The delivered account or item does not match the description provided in the listing.
  • The account details provided are invalid or inaccessible at the time of delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The buyer simply changes their mind after successful delivery and verification of valid account details.
  • The buyer violates game terms of service after receiving full control of the account.
  • A dispute is raised after the order confirmation window without valid proof of seller fault.
